So ... it's taking a lot longer than I thought it would, but I am excited to announce that I will officially open the Maaiki online store before the end of August. Local fabric order placed

marle prinsloo

I placed our first fabric order today. As with everything else to do with this range, the fabric is 100% local as well. As a local start-up I feel strongly about supporting other local businesses. Back to the fabric. It is stunning, beautiful, soft and the quality is amazing. I’ve opted for Single Jersey which is 94% combed cotton : 6% elastane Our first colours will include cloudy grey, pastel cheeks, misty blue and white. I am hoping to see the first colour samples (specially matched for maaiki) in a week or two.   #maaiki #smile #baby #basics #mydream
